He will be presenting “Kentucky Bee and Honey Laws”. He has presented to numerous beekeeping groups around the state and we are excited to have him for our meeting.
Harley N. “Hal” Blankenship, is a practicing trial attorney with experience in Federal and Kentucky State Courts, has served as a City Attorney, and handled numerous significant zoning matters and property disputes. He has land in Washington County, Kentucky where he is a beekeeper. He manages about 7 hives.
